Shipping policy

Shipments will be sent via FedEx. When feasible, a preferred carrier will be used. However, we reserve the right to ship via any responsible carrier.

Rate charges or discrepancies are between carrier and consignee. Please note that all freight claim damage is the responsibility of the customer. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.
